Abducted Mother of Kano Lawmaker Regains Freedom

The Abducted mother of Kano lawmaker, Hajiya Zainab , has regained her freedom after payment of ransom.

Hajiya Zainab ,  the mother of Isiyaku Ali Danja, minority leader, Kano State House of Assembly was abducted from her bedroom in Gezawa local government area of Kano, on January,12, 2021.

Confirming the development to Solacebase on Tuesday, the lawmaker said that , his mother regained freedom after the payment of N40m.

Ali Danja, who was a speaker in the House, said they were on their way to pick her from a local government in Jigawa State where the abductors dropped her.
