In Zamfara State, One hundred and twenty students are sponsored by Dr. Dauda Lawal Dare foundation to study various Educational disciplines in Iheris University, Lome, Republic of Togo .
The All Progressives Congress APC, factional Chairman Lawali liman Gabdo, under the Leadership of Former Zamfara State Governor Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar made this Known while presenting admission letters to the students.
Liman Gabɗon Ƙaura has also assured to restore the State lost glory under its popular ‘Addinin mu Al’ummar mu” manifesto if again given the chance by the electorates in 2023.
He said 120 Students were carefully selected from three senatorial districts of the state and to be sponsored by One of the Faction Stakeholders, Dr. Dauda Lawal Dare to study various Educational disciplines in Iheris University, Lome Republic of Togo .
The Chairman who represented the Leader of the faction, Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar, said it was under the manifesto that the nexus which gave his 8 year rule the focus to perform wonderfully was planted in 2009.
He lamented the current state of affairs in almost all the sectors of human endeavors in Zamfara State and lauded the efforts of Dr. Dauda Lawal Dare Gamjin Gusau for his steadfastness in this regard.
The Chairman appreciated the patriotic and philanthropic intervention of the sponsor in such important area of human development and prayed Allah SWT to reward him.
He also accused state government for making educational sector into a shambles and to some extended neglected adding that this gesture has come at a right time considering the closure of schools due to COVID- 19 pandemic and insecurity.
