Kaduna State Contributory Health Management Authority KADCHMA has appealed to the Christian Association of Nigeria CAN Kaduna branch to mobilize their members to key into the scheme for the benefit less previledge people.
The Director General of the Authority, Alhaji Abubakar Hassan made the plea when he paid a courtesy visit to the CAN headquarters in Kaduna.
Alhaji Abubakar Hassan stressed the need for Collaboration between KADCHMA and the Association to achieve the desire objective in the area of engaging informal sector into the scheme.
He further explained that CAN members have a lot to benefit from the scheme, particularly couples that are intended to get married.
The Director General further revealed that, KADCHMA had renewed strategy as part of effort to boost enrollment into the scheme from Informal sector which had been lacking for over two years.
“We have agreed to begin follow up discuss with different based Organasation as a laying ground for the information require about KADCHMA and it’s objective”
Responding , the Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria Kaduna branch Reverend Joseph Hayab expressed appreciation to the team for the visit.
He however assured CAN readiness to work hand in hand with the Authority to enable it achieved it’s Mandates.
Reverend Hayab asked the authority to prepare key messages on the benefit of the scheme for the public to understand.
