RAMADAN: Foundation gives 650 Orphans Sallah Goodies in Kaduna.

In an efforts to put smiles to Orphans in Kaduna, Abakwa Orphanage Foundation in Kaduna North local government area of Kaduna state,have distribute Sallah Clothes Foodstuffs to over 650 orphans in Abakwa Community aimed celebrating Sallah in good condition.

Speaking during the occasion,the Chairman of the foundation Mallam Abubakar Imam ,said” this is an annual event,that we distribute Sallah Clothes Foodstuffs to the Orphans widows in this community today we are tagerting over 650 orphans in Abakwa Community of Kaduna North local government area of Kaduna state.

“We have been doing it as an annual event, where we seek support from individuals In the Society ,the items we have from them includes Money, Clothes and other relevant materials for the Orphans ,am calling on governmental organization as we as phlatropics to come to our aid through giving what Allah has blessed them with.

In his speech at the event the Chief Imam of Abakwa Central Masque Mallam Umar Abubakar, emphasized the need of assisting Orphans, where he qoutes verses from Holy Qur’an and Hadith of Holy Prophet Muhammad, Peace be upon him, that the Prophet said am with how assist an orphan in Paradise.

The Chief lmam enumerate the important of assisting orphans which he said, “if you want to progress in any live endeavors please assist an orphan you will see what will happen. So therefore our wealthy individuals should spend their wealth in the course through assisting Orphans.

Earlier in his welcome address, Chairman of the occasion, Alhaji Abdullahi Sambo Maigoro, charge wealthy individuals in our mix that assisting Orphans will reduce the hardship in our community.

Alhaji Maigoro how was former Director in Customary Court of Appeal in Kaduna state Said ” we should be able to assist orphans in our Communities this will curb insecurity, because some of those how involved in criminal and criminalities where been neglected in the society.

Some of the Beneficiaries, expressed happiness,for the guesture.

In a relatate development the kaduna state Women leader have organised Iftar with over 150 women across the 3 Senatorial zones, Speaking at the event.

The Kaduna state Women leader,of All progressive Congress APC Hajiya Maryam Sulaiman, populary known as Mai Rusau, have invited no lesthan 150 Women Association for this year Ramadan iftar in Secretariat of the Party in kaduna Speaking shortly after the Iftar .

The state Women leader Hajiya mai Rusau ,said” we invite them to discuss with them as well as to know their feeling, an way forward, we also sentize them of equiring voters card,as the 2023 Election is around the corner because if you don’t have voters card you cannot vote the candidate of your choice.

“We also inform them that the state government will include women in all programs and activities aimed at empowering them through skills aquirsation Programs as well as giving them money for capitals so that they can start up new business,she added.
