National Association for the Blind Zaria Branch has distributed learning materials to blind students.
Chairman of the association Dalhatu Jibirin stated this during the fifteenth distribution of learning materials in Zaria.
Dalhatu Jibirin stressed the need for politician to imbibe the habit of supporting physically challenged people by taking the responsibilies of their schooling to reduce street begging.
Speaking the sarkin makafi of zazzau malam Ahmed hassan commended the number of philotrophists who assisted the members with learning materials.
In a message the the provost federal college of education FCE Zaria Dr Sulaiman Balarabe represented by MUSA sambo from the department of special education unit assured the association that the college will soon introduce more courses to accommodate the physically challenged in the social.
Guest speaker former chairman Nagerian Union of journalist FRCN Kaduna chapter commared salihu Ibrahim called on parents of physically challenged persons to know that educating their children is not the responsibility of government alone ,they should work actively to get their wards educated.
