Kano State Governor Dr.Abdullahi Umar Ganduje on Sunday commisserated with the New Nigeria Peoples Party Gubernatorial Candidate Engr.Abba Kabir Yusuf over the death of his grandmother Late Hajiya A’ishatu Mowa Sufi who died recently.
Represented by his deputy and APC Gubernatorial Flagbearer Dr.Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna who led the Government delegation was received at the deceased’s family house in Yakasai Quarters of the Metropolis by an Uncle to the NNPP’s Candidate,Alh.Ibrahim Abubakar Aminu.
While delivering the condolence message during the visit,the governor who also condole with Hajiya Najaatu, mother of Engr.Abba Kabir who is a daughter to the deceased, described the death of Late Hajiya Mowa as sad and great loss to the entire Muslims.
“Accept my sincere condolences,that of the government and good people of Kano State on the passing of this outstanding woman who contributed to the development of the humanity he said “.
He also prayed Almighty Allah to forgive her deeds,grant her Jannatul Firdaus and gives the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
