The National President of Gwale Old Boys Association (GOBA), Engr. Hassan Abdulkadir has described as wise choices the appointment of eleven new commissioners by Kano state governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
Abdulkadir said in a good will message to the appointees on behalf of the association.
He noted that those appointed into the state government executive council have the competence and capacity to handle the affairs of their respective ministries effectively and effectively.
He appreciated the foresight of the governor for assigning the state Ministry of Education to Rt. Hon. Ya’u Abdullahi ‘Yan Shana.
According to him ” It symbolises a round peg in a round hole.”
The National President appealed to newly appointed Commissioner of Education to use his wealth of experience and maturity in advancing education to higher level in the state.
In the same vein, Engr. Abdulkadir on behalf of association, registered their sympathy to the government and people of Kano and Jigawa states as well other parts of the country for the lost of lives and properties worth millions of naira due to flood disasters.
He prayed Allah to protect future occurrences and grant those who lost their lives Aljannah Firdaus.
