Saleh 104.1 F.M. radio launches its debut transmission in Kano.

The Kano media landscape has got another boost in F.M.radio proliferation as the new station goes by the official name of “Saleh 104.1FM ” and launched its first transmission today [Thursday] in Kano.

In his remarks shortly after the debut, test transmission, the station’s proprietor Isa Saleh says the radio outfit becomes a reality after following a series of appropriate government procedures that would make the stations beneficial to the teeming Hausa listeners in Kano.

” Saleh radio station is a gesture of bringing back to my original root, being born and raised in Cotonou, Benin Republic, but both my parents were born in Tsakuwa local government, Dawakin Kudu local government area, of Kano state,” He said.

Saleh stressed that the new radio will broadcast its programs in frequency modulation bands and dual languages, both Hausa and English, and encompasses all aspects of human life, ranging from News, Reports, Religion Politics, and various topical issues which potentially have importance to the Kano listeners.

He also made a resounding call for the Kano populace that the new radio station is for them and their benefits.

While making his comments, the station’s Managing Director, Abdulmudalif Ahmad Muhammad says that the radio station is joining the band of a new era of radio station proliferation in the ancient city of Kano with the sole aim to inform, educate and disseminate valuable knowledge through the radio outlet that will be of immense benefits to all and sundry.

” Apart from news, reports, culture, and politics, religious programs will be given needed consideration in the course of educating the Muslims populace irrespective of their sect inclination,” He said.

Abdulmutallab added that the new radio station [Saleh 104.1 FM] doors would be always kept open, welcoming suggestions, advice, and observation from the general public.

The station’s debut transmission was attended by various personalities who were conducted around the bright illuminated studios, stuffed with state-of-the-art recording and transmission gadgets.

The Saleh 104.1 FM is a temporary site located in the rear vicinity of radio Kano.
