Sudan old student association of Nigeria has expressed concerned over the recent crisis in Damazin Region which resulted in to killing, distraction and social dislocation against a minority group that has lived peacefully fir several centuries with it’s host community.
The chairman of the association Imam Abdulkadir Abdulkadir disclosed at a press conference held at press center in Kano.
He said, the conflict is unprecedented and has came as a surprise to many within and out site Africa.
Chairman of the association, and Assistant Imam of Alfurgan Mosques in Kano, Imam Aliyu Abdulkadir Abdulkadir, urged the Sudanese Authorities to ensure Justice for the victims against their oppressors with the same speed the crisis was was brought under control.
Imam Aliyu Abdulkadir also called on the Sudanese Government to help the displaced persons to find succour and return to their homes and normal life
He called on Nigerian government and the United Nations to assist Sudanese Authorities in resettling and rehabilitating the innocent victims of the conflict and bring to book the culprit”
