FG Commences Reconstruction of Falgore Forest Road/Bridge

Following Interventions of the House of Representatives Majority Leader, Ado Alhassan Doguwa, the Federal Government, has commences the reconstruction of the Kano deadly Falgore Forest Road/Bridge linking the State to Southern Nigeria.

The Road which crisscross the deadliest Folgore Forest of about 145 Klm before going out of the area has been serving as a Kidnappers Den with Bandits taking advantage of the bad Roads and the near collapse Bridge to perpetrated their evils.

The House Leader who commended the Minister of State, Works and Housing, Alhaji Ibrahim El-Yakub for his urgent intervention on the works, added that the timely Government moves would not only the save the Falgore Gada biyu Road/bridge from total collapsing, but will allow Nigerians good transportation access.

Alhaji Ado Alhassan Doguwa, said while speaking to Newsmen in Kano, that if the construction works is done, Nigerians would move freely without fear of the bad Road and the near collapse Bridge, plus the Kidnapping threat’s.

He said the Minister, had promised to intervene in saving the bridge from collapsing in addition to effecting a concrete repair that could stand the test of time adding that the Buhari administration had been consistent in responding to the yearnings and aspirations of the citizens.

Ado note that work on the project is has already started in earnest.

Shedding more light on the project, the controller, Kano office, Engr. Yahaya Ali stated that work has already commenced at the site and would be completed within three months of its reception.
At the flagoff of the work at Gada biyu , the House majority leader, has expressed his utmost satisfaction with the commencement of the project in good time and the manner the double bridge had been expanded and the precautions taken to avoid its collapse in future.
