Judiciary: MAN calls for quick dispensation of Justice in Nigeria

The Magistrate’s Association of Nigeria has called on members of the association to ensure quick dispensation of Justice in Nigeria.

The newly elected chairman of the Association Jigawa Branch, Mannir Sarki Abdullahi stated this in his acceptance speech at High Court Complex in Dutse, jigawa state capital.

He said magistrates plays a very crucial role in the administration of justice in the country, hence the need for quick dispensation of Justice in Jigawa state and the country in general.

According to him, they will ensure transparency and do all their best to protect the interest of members of the association.

Munnir said, they will carry all their members along, do best to the association and move the State Judiciary to the greater height.

“We will however work toward improving the welfare of all magistrates for effective service delivery” the chairman said.

Time Express reports that, other elected executives are, Aliyu Ahmed Zakar as Vice Chairman, Mustapha Ahmad Adam as Secretary General and Amina Saleh-Financial Secretary.

While Yakubu Ibrahim as Director Protocol, Umar Murtala Adamu-Assistant Secretary and Fatima Muhd Tahir as Treasurer of the association.
