ZAMFARA NUJ CHAIRMAN ESCAPE DEATH FROM POLITICAL THUGS .

Political thugs have beat the Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists Zamfara State Council Comrade Ibrahim Musa Mai Zare and threatening to kill any journalist who talk to them about the issue.

The Secretary of the union in the state Comrade Ibrahim Ahmed Gada made this known at a press conference held at the NUJ sectariate in Gusau .

The disagreement follows reacting a structure at the NUJ shops for political thuggery which the NUJ Chairman ordered for the stopof the project.

The matter was reported to the police in which they intervened by sending their men to arrest the situation.

Working journalists in Zamfara State are in terrible conditions and called on non-governmental, NGO’s, relevant authorities, and other stakeholders to come to their aid.
