Federal government has been advised to include diabetic patients in the national Health insurance scheme programme.
A cross sections of diabetic patients made the appeal during the occasion to mark world diabetic week celebration held at Ahmadu Bello university Teaching Hospital shika Zaria.
The diabetic patients stressed the need for the federal and state government to make adequate arrangement to include diabetes patients in their health insurance programs to alleviate their suffering.
