The federal government has vowed to enhance the production of Dairy, animal husbandry, and other related agricultural production.
The minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Alhaji Mohammad Mahmoud Abubakar Stated while presenting donations to members of Kano Dairy Association .
He said the federal government was committed to providing training and support to Dairy farmers in all parts of the nation with the aim of enhancing milk production and Animal husbandry.
Represented by the Director of the ministry in kano Alhaji Abba Gana Yamani said the ministry will not relent in providing adequate training and support to Dairy farmers geared towards achieving the set objectives.

The ministry donated a new brand freezing Van, a brand new 300 kva generator, and 100 milk collection containers to the members of the Kano Diary Association, in a bid to boost their morale to achieve the desired goals.
He noted that the federal ministry of agriculture and rural development had invested hugely in providing access roads in rural areas ,motorized solar boreholes, and provision of farm inputs in kano and other parts of the nation.
In a remark the chairman kano diary Association Usman Abdullahi Usman Applauded federal governments commitment for providing the support to dairy farmers in Kano.
He said the items donated would be adequately utilized .
In their separate remarks the commisoner of agriculture kano state Dr Jibril yusif Rurum represented by Kabiru Abdullahi and Alhaji lawal Alaranma urged members of the Association to make adequate utilization of the items provided.
The event was graced by members of the Kano Dairy Association, representatives of the federal ministry of agriculture and rural development and other stakeholders.
