The Chairman House Committee on Appropriation, Alhaji Abubakar Kabir Abubakar, has been described as a beacon of hopes, sincerity, honestly and dedication to humanity.
Speaking in a happy 43 birthday message of the Chairman House Committee on Appropriation, Alhaji Musa Illiyasu Kwankwaso, a Former in the Government of Dr Umar Abdullahi Ganduje, said he is celebrating Bichi for his compassion and believes in making life meaningful.
Musa Illiyasu Kwankwaso, said since when Abubakar Kabir Abubakar Bichi,came into public limelight, some years back, he sees it as a duty to impact the lives of not only his Constituents but anybody he comes across.
