APC Elects New State Executives in Kano State

The  All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kano State has elected a new crop of state executives to pilot the affairs of the party.
The election, held on Tuesday, produced  Umar Haruna Doguwa as the new State Chairman of the party.
Doguwa recently stepped down from his position as Commissioner for Water Resources in Kano State to contest for the party’s top seat.
Salisu Maje Ahmad Gwangwazo emerged as the State Vice Chairman, while Professor Yusuf Muhammad Sabo Bichi was elected as State Secretary.
Also elected into key positions is Abdul Adamu Fagge, who will serve as Legal Adviser, alongside Bashir Yusuf Tudun Wuzirci as Assistant Legal Adviser.
Kabiru Sule Rogo clinched the position of Treasurer, with Umar Yusuf Umar as Assistant Treasurer. Ma’aruf Abdullahi Garo was elected Financial Secretary, while Mustafa Muhammad Kalwa will serve as Assistant Financial Secretary.
In the area of party mobilisation and administration, Dr. Kabiru Hussaini Zawaciki emerged as Organising Secretary, with Abdussalam Umar as his assistant.
Auwalu Abdullahi was elected Publicity Secretary, supported by Sani Fata as Assistant Publicity Secretary.
Bashir Mai Sango was elected Welfare Secretary, with Garba Hussaini as Assistant Welfare Secretary. Abubakar Salisu  will serve as Auditor, while Nura Muhammad takes the role of Assistant Auditor.
