Karaye LG Distributes 5000 Kettles to Mosques , Islamiyya Schools

Karaye local government council of Kano State has distributed 5000 of Kettles and 200 pieces of rubber mats to Mosques, Islamiyya and Qur’anic schools of the area.
In a statement signed by the information officer of the Local Government Haruna Gunduwawa,said distribution of the items in the continuation of one year in office ceremony of the executive chairman of the local government Alhaji Balarabe Isyaku Yusuf. 
Speaking at the occasion, the Kano State Commissioner of History and Tourism and All Progressive Congress Leader of the area Alhaji Ibrahim Ahmed Madakin Karaye described the chairman and his Council as pioneer Leaders whom champion the cause of their people. 
Alhaji Ibrahim Ahmed Karaye maintained that, he is particularly proud of them in view of laudable  people oriented projects executed in just a year of their coming to power.
While congratulating the Council on the achievements recorded so far, the commissioner urged people of the area to cooperate fully with the council for their own maximum benefit.
Earlier, the Chairman of the local government Alhaji Balarabe Isyaku Yusuf restated the commitments to harness it’s limited resources in executing projects that have direct bearing to people.
Alhaji Balarabe Isyaku Yusuf announced the council determination to establish a multipurpose cattle market in an effort to boast it’s locally revenue generation. 
Balarabe Yusuf said, a large portion of land had provided as the site of the market.
The Chairman stressed the need for people of the area to dwell on an intensive for successful establishment of the market. 
The one year in office celebrity continues with distribution of 3000 sets of school uniforms, school’s teaching materials as well as disbursement of five thousand naira each as empowerment to five people from Tudun kaya and Turawa wards of the area.
