Kaduna Council of Chiefs to Partner With NGO on Girls Education

Kaduna state council of chiefs is to partner with A non governmental organization center for Girls Education to improve girls education across the state.

Chairman kaduna state council of chiefs and emir of zazzau mal Ahmed Nuhu bamalli disclosed this in Zaria during the occasion to mark international day of girls child.

Mal Ahmed Nuhu bamalli explained that educating a girls child is like educating a whole family .

The emir who was represented by Fagacin zazzau ALHAJI umar Muhammad, the emir described the the center for girl’s education as a factor of improving the living standard of girl child in all aspect of life.

In her opening addressed the Director of the center for girl’s education malama Habiba Mohammed said the center will train over three hundred girls under AGILE programs in Kaduna ,katsina and KANO

malama habiba Mohammd said the center remain committed to improving the girls child education in their day to day activities to be self reliant.

Also the chair person of the center Dr Marliya Abbas Mashi stressed the for philanthropists, political office holders to support the center to educate the girls child and train them to learn modern skills.

Dr marliya Mashi called on Nigerians to encourage their children especially girls child to seek knowledge to face global challenges.

She commended the emir of zazzau mal Ahmed Nuhu bamalli for supporting the center to bring positive changes among girls child.

Some girls child expressed happiness over the efforts of the center to imparted some thing in their lives.

The girl students organized an educative drama on the importance of seeking education among girls child.
