The third Batch of Kano pilgrims have departed Aminu Kano International Airport to Madina ,kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
389 pilgrim’s were airlifted ,which includes 277 males and 112 females.
Those airlifted were pilgrims from Kibiya, Gwarzo, Karaye, Kiru,and Rimin gado local governments.
The pilgrims had earlier been given all the necessary kits before their departure to the holy land.
Speaking to the pilgrims shortly before their departure the executive secretary of kano state pilgrims welfare board Alhaji Mohammad Abba Danbatta urged them to adhere strictly to the guidelines of performing a Hajj, and should pray for the peaceful coexistence of kano state and the Nation at large.
