Kano state Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has approved the appointment of Alhaji Nura Sani Yakasai as Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Secondary Education.
His appointment followed a careful assessment of his credentials, competence and track record of performance.
Other factors that paved way for his new position as contained in the appointment letter were his dedication to duty, vast experience, patriotic disposition and expressed loyalty.
Presenting the letter to him, the Secretary to the State Government Alhaji Usman Alhaji urged him to employ all the qualities identified in him in the discharge of his responsibilities.
He further call oh him to continue to be a good ambassador of the Education sector and the state in general, considering his anticident as a teacher and an administrator.
Until his new appointment as a Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Secondary Education, Alhaji Nura Sani Yakasai was the immidiare past Director of KERD, a department in the state Ministry of Education.
