Security agencies, including the military, police and other security formations, have rescued 20 prospective National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members kidnapped in Imo.
The victims, alongside another hostage, were rescued during an intelligence-driven operation conducted by the security agencies in the South-East state.
The rescued victims are currently receiving medical attention at a DSS facility, where their conditions are being monitored.
The operation underscores the continued efforts by security agencies to combat kidnapping and protect citizens across the country.
