A retired Deputy Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Usaini Gumel, has announced the successful submission of his All Progressives Congress (APC) Nomination and Expression of Interest Forms to contest for the Gumel/Gagarawa/Maigatari/Sule Tankarkar Federal Constituency seat.
Gumel disclosed this in a statement addressed to his supporters, noting that he had fulfilled all stipulated requirements for the contest, marking a significant step in his political ambition.
He described the development as part of a collective journey towards service, unity, and progress for both the constituency and the APC, expressing optimism about the next phase of the political process.
The APC aspirant appreciated the prayers, encouragement, and solidarity shown by his supporters across the constituency, stating that their confidence continues to strengthen his resolve.
