Zamfara CP Visits Dansadau Emirate, Reaffirms Commitment to Fight Against Banditry

The Commissioner of Police in Zamfara State, Ahmad Muhammad Bello, has paid an operational visit to Dansadau Emirate as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen security operations and sustain the fight against banditry across the state.

The visit to the emirate in Maru Local Government Area was aimed at enhancing security presence, deepening community policing, and improving collaboration between security agencies and local stakeholders in areas affected by persistent attacks by armed bandits.

During the visit, the police commissioner paid homage to Alhaji Garba Muhammad, where he sought royal blessings and commended the traditional institution for its continued support in promoting peace and security in the area.

The commissioner also met with community leaders, stakeholders, and residents to discuss issues relating to public safety and security. He assured the people of the command’s determination to protect lives and property and urged residents to continue supporting security agencies with credible and timely information.

Stakeholders in the area commended the commissioner for the visit and expressed appreciation for the police command’s sustained efforts in tackling banditry and other criminal activities in the emirate.

The Zamfara State Police Command reiterated its commitment to working closely with traditional rulers, community leaders, and other stakeholders to restore lasting peace and stability across the state.
