The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) donates textbooks to the Yusuf Maitama Sule University Kano to boost academic and professional conpetencies of both staff and students.
The books were donated to the University on Tuesday, 1st March, 2022 at the Vice-Chancellor’s office, main campus in Kano State.
The apex bank has been a source of support to the University following the gigantic twin male and female students hostels intervention brought last year.
The books were received by the DVC Academics, Prof. Amina Salihi Bayero on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Mukhtar Atiku Kurawa who was on a working visit at the FCT, Abuja.
Responding on behalf of the University Management, Prof. Amina vows to put the books into proper utilization. She also appreciated the CBN for its unrelenting support / corporate social responsibility to Yusuf Maitama Sule University, Kano.
