Politicians have been called to play politics without bitterness or rancour for the sustainance of Democracy.
A lecturer, Department of Mass communication, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria Dr. KABIR Danladi gave the advise at center for Democracy Development Research and Training held in Zaria.
Dr kabiru urged politicians to stay away from money politics or vote buying for the strengthening of democracy in Nigeria.
In a remarks Professor Mustafah Gwadabe advised the Nigerians to vote for credible candidates who are ready to bring positive changes in the country.
Prof. Mustafah Gwadabe added that the natoin can not progress with the high rate of vote buying or money politics.
He stressed the need for political office holders to desist from using public resources to rigged election.
Prof. Mustafah Gwadabe called on political parties flag bearers to put patriotism and be God fearing when elected into office and leave good legacies to the younger generations.
