The Deputy Governor of Kano State, Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo, has received a delegation of former Executive Secretaries, Managing Directors, and Directors-General of various Kano State government agencies and ministries during a courtesy visit.
The delegation, led by Hon. Sale Jili, expressed appreciation to the Governor of Kano State, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, for appointing Garo as the Deputy Governor of the state.

Speaking during the visit, Hon. Jili described the appointment as well deserved, noting that it reflected the wishes of the majority of members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kano State.
In his remarks, Garo thanked the delegation for the visit and assured them of his commitment to serving the state diligently. He pledged to continue working faithfully and loyally with Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf to advance the development of Kano State.
The deputy governor also commended the visitors, on behalf of the governor, for their contributions to the growth and development of the various Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) they previously served.

He further assured them that Governor Yusuf would meet with them to discuss additional strategies for enhancing the development of Kano State and strengthening government institutions.
The visit provided an opportunity for discussions on governance, public service experience, and ways to support the continued progress of the state.
