The All Progressive Congress ( APC) in Kano State has vow to defend its votes in the forth coming Local Government Elections schedule for Oct 24 in the state.
The chairman of the party, Alhaji Abdullahi Abbas, Stated this during an interview with journalist.

He said that the party would soon organise its primary elections to pave way for the emergence of candidates for the elections across the 44 LGAs
“We are doing everything humanly possible to ensure our teeming supporters participate in the election”, he said.
” The APC is mobilizing supporters to participate in the election, with a focus on protecting votes and ensuring a peaceful process.
Abbas appealed to the state electoral commission to provide an enabling environment for free, fair, and credible elections.
“We demand equal opportunities from the commission for all contestants to participate without political violence and thuggery.
“We also demand transparent electoral process for the peaceful atmosphere of all electoral process.”,he said.
Abbas said that the party have since embark on house to house sensitization of our teeming supporters to come out and participate in the Oct 24 local government elections across the 44 LGAs.
Abbas who is advocating for peaceful and transparent elections, emphasizing the need for a level playing ground for all contestants.
He urged supporters to shun violence before, during, and after the election, and demanded a transparent electoral process to ensure free and fair elections.

He said that the party would not tolerate any form of violence and intimidation during the the implementation of electoral process.
The APC aims to maintain its stronghold in Kano State while ensuring the integrity of the electoral process, which is crucial for Nigeria’s democratic development.
