He said activities would commence on Monday, March 30, 2026, with an environmental sanitation exercise along Ahmadu Bello Way, alongside a medical outreach programme at the Central Market in Birnin Kebbi, where free medical services would be offered to residents.

According to the Commissioner, a walkathon is scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 2026, beginning at 6:00 a.m. from the Police Divisional Headquarters near Sir Yahaya Memorial Hospital, covering major routes within the metropolis before returning to the starting point.

The programme will continue on Thursday, April 2, 2026, with the presentation of cheques to families of fallen officers in recognition of their sacrifices.

The activities are expected to culminate in a grand finale at the Eagle Square on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
The Commissioner called on key stakeholders, including the Police Officers’ Wives Association (POWA), the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), other security agencies, civil society groups, and members of the public to actively participate in the events, assuring residents of the Command’s continued commitment to the protection of lives and property.
