A nongovernmental organization named New Incentives All Babies are Equal has reassured commitment reaching to over two million infants for Routine Immunization .
The Stakeholder Relations Director of the Organization Nura Mohammad disclosed this during a stakeholders meeting held in Kano.
He said the All Babies are equal program has been working in Nigeria since 2017, with the focus on creating demand for routine immunization.
Nura Mohammad explained that the organization was working through conditional cash to transfer to caregivers who bring their infants for routine immunization.

” we give a small token amount of money to caregivers who beings their infants for immunization, and they use the token money for transportation.”
He noted that the stakeholder meeting aimed to discuss the activities of the organization in the last six months so that remedies will be made and also to plan for the next six months.
The Stakeholder Relations Director maintained that the program is currently being implemented in six state, Katisna, Jigawa, Zamfara, Sokoto , Bauchi, and Gombe States, stressing that the organization was planning to extend to Kano state by December this year.
Nura Mohammad noted that by the first quarter of next year the program would be extended to Kaduna, Adamawa, Taraba and Kebbi States.
He added that the organization had mobilized funds up to one hundred million Dollars which will be used between now and 2025.
