Azman Group of Companies has commissioned a newly constructed Friday Mosque at Nyanya Checkpoint, Mopol Junction, Abuja, as part of its corporate humanitarian and community service initiatives.
Speaking at the commissioning ceremony, the President of Azman Group of Companies, Alhaji Dr. Abdulmunaf Yunusa Sarina (Baraden Gaya), expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah for making the project a reality. He said the construction of the mosque reflects the company’s commitment to humanitarian service and the provision of facilities that directly benefit communities.
The commissioning ceremony was attended by members of the company’s top management, including the General Manager, Ambassador Alhaji Mukhtar Ibrahim, as well as business partners, Islamic scholars, community leaders and other distinguished guests.
In his sermon and special prayers, the Chief Imam of the mosque, Imam Goni Idris Musa, called on Muslims, particularly wealthy individuals and corporate organisations, to emulate initiatives that promote Islamic values and community development.
He described the mosque project as a significant and timely contribution to the spiritual and social needs of residents in the area.
