Senator Aliyu M. Wamakko has visited his self-sponsored students at the University of Lahore, Pakistan, as part of his commitment to human capital development through education.
The Senator has sponsored numerous students at various institutions, both in Nigeria and abroad, to acquire quality education and professional skills.
During the visit, Wamakko encouraged the students to remain focused, disciplined, and committed to academic excellence, emphasizing education’s role in personal growth and national development.
The University of Lahore has 52 students (1st and 2nd batch) sponsored by the Senator [1].
Wamakko also sponsors students at various institutions, including Usman Danfodio University Sokoto (25), Al-Qalam University Katsina (63), Al-Hikma University Ilori (30), and others in the UK, Uganda, Cyprus, Malaysia, Bangladesh, and Niger Republic.
