The Cheif of Army Staff Lieutenant General Faruk Yahaya says Nigerian Army would defeat all security challenges bedeviling the development of the Nation.
Lieutenant General Faruk Yahaya Stated this while Commissioning Units of Accommodation at 73 Battalion Janguza Barracks Kano.
He said He was in Kano to Visit the troops of the Nigerian Army on the Ground at the 73 Battalion to boost and ginger their morale with the Aim of Curtailing Security Challenges.

The Chief of Army Staff noted that he had visited Almost all Army formations in various parts of the Nation stressing that Nigerian troops were winning the fight against insurgents in all parts of the nation.
Lieutenant General Faruk Yahaya Applauded the Commitment of President Mohammad Buhari for Providing all the needed logistics and equipment, geared towards achieving maximum success in the fight against insecurity.
He maintained that the Nigerian Army would not relent in improving the welfare of officers and men through the provision of befitting Accommodation Aimed at boosting their morale for effective service delivery.
Speaking during a courtesy call at Government House Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State, said his Administration was using technology to monitor activities in the metropolitan area and in Falgore forest, as part of measures to check criminal activities.
He noted that there was strong synergy among the Army, Nigerian Air Force, police, DSS, and other security agents like customs, NDLEA, among others.
