Rescue Operations: NSCDC Stations Mobile Clinic Ambulance at MAKIA

A brand new Toyota Hiace (mobile clinic ambulance) is now to be stationed at the Malam Aminu Kano International Airport for rescue operations, disaster management, and emergency-related incidents. It’s going to be manned by personnel of the NSCDC at the airport.

While receiving the vehicle, the Manager of the Airport Malam A A Gambo thanked the Corps for the gesture revealing that the ambulance has come when it was most needed at the airport. 
He promised to take proper care of the vehicle.

The Stationing of the vehicle at the airport followed a directive by the state commandant, Commandant Adamu Idris Zakari fsi, to provide rescue services promptly when the need arises.
In another development, the state commandant, Commandant  Adamu Idris Zakariofi decorated the Command’s Sportsmen with medals and a trophy won at the recently concluded One Service One Medal Games ( OSOM) held in Abuja.


The beneficiaries are:1 Kamal Bako, a golfer, rated as the  No 1 professional golfer in Nigeria won a gold medal.2 Ibrahim Garba, a golfer also won a gold medal.3 Rabiu Sulaiman, won a bronze medal in golf.4 Idris Abdul, good medal in Taekwando5 Salisu  Abdul silver medal in Taekwando6 Abdulqadir Ahmed was chosen as the top goal scorer in football and the tournament’s Best Player.  Commandant Adamu Idrisofi charged the recipients to rededicate themselves in various fields of sport to achieve greater success personally and as well uplift and project the image of civil defense
