Chief of Army Staff, Lt General Farouq Yahaya has charged cadets of Sixty-nine regular course of the Nigerian Defence Academy to deploy the skills and competencies acquired to the various theatres of operations after their graduation.
He gave the charge at the annual Exercise Camp highland and battle inoculation exercise for Army regular cadets of the NDA held at Kachia Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
Lt General Farouq Yahaya also charged the cadets to justify the huge investment on them by complementing efforts aimed at ridding the country of criminals and criminality.
He also re-iterated the need for them to remain committed and dedicated for effective service delivery.
Lt General Farouq Yahaya assured that the Army under his watch would continue to sustain training and re-training across across all formations in response to the dynamic nature of warfare.
The Army Chief added that the Army would treat all criminal elements with the language they understand by sending them to God to account for their deeds.
Earlier, Commandant of the NDA, Major General Ibrahim Manu Yusuf who highlighted the different phases of the exercise, attributed the successes recorded to the support of the Army Chief and other service chiefs.
