AIG Garba Ahmed Charges Police Secondary School Graduates on Discipline, Integrity

The Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of Zone One Headquarters, Kano, AIG Garba Ahmed, has charged the pioneer graduating students of Police Secondary School, Dawakin Kudu, to uphold discipline, integrity, patriotism and excellence.

Ahmed gave the charge on Saturday while serving as the Reviewing Officer at the Passing Out Parade of the school’s first set of graduating students. He described the occasion as a historic milestone in the development of the institution and commended the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, and the Force Management Team for their commitment to educational development within the Nigeria Police Force.

The AIG urged the graduates to recognise their responsibility as pioneer students by protecting the reputation and values of the institution through hard work and exemplary conduct. He also commended their parents, guardians, teachers and members of staff for their dedication and contributions to the students’ achievements.

Ahmed commended Alhaji Auwalu Abdullahi Rano, Chairman of AA Rano Nigeria Ltd., for his support toward the infrastructural development of the school and renovation of the Zone One Police Headquarters, Kano. He also acknowledged the contributions of Alhaji Mustapha Ado Muhammad of Amasco International Ltd., Dr Kabiru Ibrahim Kainuwa, Alhaji Aminu Dawakin Kudu and other individuals supporting the institution.

The AIG said education remained a foundation for national development and called on stakeholders to sustain their support for Police Secondary School, Dawakin Kudu, to promote academic excellence and sound moral upbringing among future generations.
