The Provost of Aminu Kano College of Islamic and Legal Studies, Professor Balarabe Abubakar Jakada, has inaugurated dress code and moral values committee, to inculcate moral upbringing among students of the College.
According to him, the college has banned improper dressing, and entrance of all vehicles with tinted glasses.
Professor Balarabe maintained that, all vehicles with tinted glasses are affected by the new directive, excluding government and official official vehicles.
The provost explained that, as from Monday 23rd January 2023, all unauthorized vehicles would be parked outside the College Premises.

He advised students and the public, to comply with the new directive, as the committee was initiated to uplift the standards of education, and ensure condusive learning environment, at Aminu Kano college of Islamic and legal studies.
He highlighted that,the committee is to be chaired by Hajiya Rabi Ibrahim, while Malam Nasiru Isma’il Minjibir would serve as secretary.
The inauguration which took place at Majidadin Kauran Katsina conference hall of the College, witnessed large turn out of relevant stakeholders in the academia.
