The Kano State Government has relaxed the imposed curfew from 8am to 2pm, effective immediately.
According to a media statement issued by the Commissioner of Information, Alhaji Baba Halilu Dantiye, the decision was made to enable the general public to go about their legitimate business and enhance peace in the state.
The relaxation of the curfew is seen as a positive step towards restoring normalcy in the state, following recent disturbances.
Citizens are advised to take advantage of the relaxed curfew to attend to their daily activities, while also maintaining law and order
